It is with great pleasure that I write to you and your staff in appreciation of the fine work they perform, year after year. Every spring when Action Lawn arrives, they perform magic, transforming the grays of winter into the brightness of spring, and what a pleasure that is.
As an avid gardener, I was reluctant to let the men come without my watchful eyes; however I have seen the maturity and experience they have garnered under your leadership. I no longer sit around, nervously watching to make sure that they don’t cut something small that I was nursing. But instead it is such a joy to come home and see how they can erase the remnants of winter and kick-start the next season. And their foundation will keep my yard looking great from summer through to the fall.

Enclosed is our check for the bill for our lawn service as well as all the trimming, stone work, mulching and flower plantings that your team and you did so professionally and timely.
As I am sure, my wife told you it needed to get done in time for our graduation party outside. The work was meticulous and the beds were beautiful along with the hedges, lawn and flowers.

Action Lawn has been our lawn service since we moved to Plainsboro in 1991. We have almost an acre of land with many large trees. So in addition to weekly lawn service, Action Lawn does spring and fall clean-ups and landscaping projects for us. What is most impressive about this business is that they stand by their work. One year I really wanted a weeping cherry tree. Action Lawn planted the first tree and it died due to excessive heat that summer; they replaced it with a second tree in the same hole and it also died. Then they planted a third tree in a nearby location and it has thrived for over ten years. We were only charged for the cost of one tree. Action Lawn personnel who service the lawn are professional, friendly, get the job done quickly and efficiently, and show up every week without fail. I also like that I can call Gladys Collazo, the owner of the business, with any questions or concerns and she immediately responds and takes care of the issue in a positive, friendly manner. Action Lawn provides all-around top notch service.

I've used Action Lawn Service for 7 years. Gladys Collazo, the owner, provided good guidance and suggestions from the very start. She respected all that this first time homeowner needed to juggle with a 'fixer upper' and worked with me on a plan. That's a round-about way of saying this is a service ready, willing and able to work with a budget. Each year, we have our annual discussion for spring clean-up, new ideas/plans for the year, and fall clean-up. The Action Lawn Team is friendly, efficient, and most of all consistent in the services provided.
